Education Fair 2026
5–7 November 2026 | Jeddah & Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
A multi-city international education fair connecting universities, business schools, language schools and pathway providers with students and families considering overseas study. The Jeddah fair takes place on 5 November, followed by Riyadh on 7 November, with more than 3,000 attendees expected across the tour and opportunities for one-to-one consultations with international institutions.
Rubaiya Qatar
21 November 2026–30 April 2027 | Multiple venues across Qatar
Qatar's first contemporary art quadrennial launches this autumn with a nationwide programme of exhibitions, new commissions, public art, performances and artist residencies. Its headline exhibition, Unruly Waters, brings together more than 50 artists and 20 new commissions, exploring water as a lens through which to consider Qatar's geography, ecology, history and connections across Asia and beyond.
Cairo International Film Festival
11–20 November 2026 | Cairo, Egypt
The 47th Cairo International Film Festival returns for ten days of international and Arab cinema, bringing filmmakers, industry professionals and audiences together in one of the region's most established film events. It is particularly significant as the only film festival in the Arab and African region with FIAPF Category A status, while its programme also includes industry initiatives such as Cairo Film Connection and an Extended Reality programme.
World Art Dubai
19–22 November 2026 | Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai
World Art Dubai returns with more than 10,000 artworks from 400+ galleries and solo artists representing over 65 countries, making it one of the region's largest accessible contemporary art fairs. The 2026 edition introduces PhotoWAD, a dedicated photography platform, alongside a new Gallery Zone and the return of the Textile Hub, with live creative programming complementing the art fair.
Stevie Wonder: Songs in the Key of Life
3 & 5 November 2026 | The O2, London
Stevie Wonder brings his Songs in the Key of Life 50th Anniversary Tour to London for two performances celebrating one of the most influential albums in popular music. The album will be performed in its entirety by the 25-time GRAMMY Award winner, marking five decades since its original release in 1976 and featuring classics including "Sir Duke", "Isn't She Lovely" and "As".
Continuum 2026
Running until November, this premier arts festival and conference brings together the work of 16 emerging artists and two mentors at Diriyah Art Futures, exploring the intersection of art, science and technology through immersive installations, light, sound, moving image, virtual and mixed reality, and AI-generated works. Developed through the centre’s year-long Emerging New Media Artists Programme and curated by Irini Papadimitriou and Bushra Alghamdi, the 2026 exhibition explores themes including memory, identity, place, belonging and the relationship between human and artificial intelligence.
JazzAlguer
JazzAlguer continues through 30 October, bringing jazz and contemporary music to Alghero in some of the area's most distinctive settings. The 2026 programme combines international and Italian artists with performances at venues ranging from historic sites to wineries and the town's cultural spaces.
Smithsonian Starstruck
A 3D interactive virtual reality journey located at the Science Museum in South Kensington, London. Created in collaboration with the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, the event launched on June 26 and uses real astronomical data to transport visitors through the cosmos. A one hour, shared VR experience, it is for age 10 and up, and is running until the end of October.
